This is a polymer clay brooch, which is a casting I took of a vintage Wedgewood porcelain button. I found antiquing several years ago. The circumference of the brooch is not perfectly regular. It has the vibe of a wax stamp in a lot of ways. It is hand-painted in acrylic paint, sealed, and signed on the reverse.
If you’ve never owned polymer clay jewelry before it is very sturdy, I wear pieces that are over 30 years old. But we never recommend our jewelry getting wet.
