For any pieces in stock, I ship within three business days of any placed order.
Custom orders are typically 4-6 weeks unless we have made other arrangements.
Virtually all orders go via USPS Priority Mail. Larger pieces through Fed Ex or UPS Ground. Under 1 lb can ship via first class.
If there are ever shipping charge overages greater than $2, I issue refunds. This is common when one customer might buy multiple items. I will always combine the shipping when possible.
International orders usually ship first class international. I have no control over duties and taxes your country charges. The shipping feature on my website fills out the customs forms according to the law. Very sorry, but I cannot change this. If I did, it would cancel any insurance that would cover the shipment in the event of loss or damage. As well as it being illegal to alter customs forms.
You will always receive a shipping confirmation from my website with tracking information.
There are no returns accepted, unless in the event of something breaking during shipping. In which case, I will repair or replace depending upon the individual circumstance. In the event a return needs to be done, the turnaround time to repair and or replace, would be 1-3 weeks. Each case will of course be discussed as needed.
I am a very experienced and meticulous shipper with over 25 years of shipping experience between being a power seller on eBay, to selling online though my own platform. In 25 years of shipping thousands of items, anything from 4 ft square canvases, large dollhouses and glass, I have had two things break that were my fault.
